On November 23, the Xiamen Municipal Construction Bureau held a press conference concerning the municipal standards of Working Regulations for Agent Construction (the Regulations). As the representative of agent construction companies and one of the co-authors, C&D Operation Construction Management was invited to the event and signed the commitment for fulfillment of the Regulations together with the Construction Bureau.

According to reports, the Regulations is China's first local standard concerning comprehensive agent construction management, filling the standardized regulation gap in this area. It will play a significant role in standardization of agent construction management, improve construction management capability, and enhance the return on investments.
