From December 1st to 3rd, the "2023 New Minnan Cuisine Selection Event & Award Presentation and the Exhibition of New Minnan Cuisine Selection Results" was held in Fuzhou, guided by the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and organized by the Fujian Dining and Culinary Industry Association.
