The Xiamen Bank Quanzhou Branch Building, a super high-rise constructed by Lianfa Group, has recently been honored with the “Fujian Provincial Quality Engineering Award for Construction Projects in 2022 (Minjiang Cup),” and the “East China Quality Engineering Award in 2023.”

Located in the green benchmark area of the "Donghai Plate" in Fengze District, Quanzhou, the building stands at 132 meters, making it the tallest structure in the financial service area. In 2022, the project received the LEED CS Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and became the first project in Fujian Province to achieve a two-star rating under the new national green building evaluation standards since their implementation.
