Recently, at the Huawei Global Manufacturing & Large Enterprise Summit, Lianfa Group and Huawei jointly unveiled the "Smart Community Solution," collaboratively advancing the development of smart communities and digital home industry ecosystems.

Leveraging Huawei’s campus digital platform, the partners will plan smart scenarios through spatial intelligence frameworks. They will establish a unified digital intelligence platform centered on Lianfa Group’s NewLife OS system to achieve indoor-common area interconnectivity. This facilitates the implementation of safe, engaging, premium, and smart home solutions, jointly creating green, low-carbon, intelligent, and secure residences.

Currently, Lianfa Group has launched six smart community prototypes in Xiamen, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. As cooperation deepens, both parties will continue empowering the development of youth-oriented residences through technology, leading the evolution of digital intelligence in real estate.
